FrankFilms recently had the honor to produce a recruitment campaign highlighting the courageous first responders at Saginaw Township Fire Department.
FrankFilms recently collaborated with the Saginaw Township Fire Department to produce a compelling recruitment campaign designed to increase firefighter applications. The video campaign focused on the department’s deep connection to the community while showcasing the passion and pride of its current firefighters.
The goal of the campaign was to highlight the diverse and meaningful opportunities within the department, from fire suppression to vehicle extractions, water rescue, special rescue, and the use of advanced technology. With so many facets of the job to feature, the production required extensive planning, efficiently spread over five days. Each day was dedicated to capturing real-life, action-oriented scenarios, while also revealing the emotional side of the firefighters’ roles.
The tone of the campaign was empowering, emphasizing how working for the department allows firefighters to give back to their community in life-changing ways. Emotional interviews with current firefighters were blended with high-energy visuals of on-the-job situations, creating a dynamic representation of the department’s impact.
Joshua Frank, Founder of FrankFilms, shared, “This project was about more than just capturing firefighting in action. It was about telling the story of the men and women who dedicate themselves to keeping their community safe.”
The results were immediate. The recruitment campaign not only sparked increased community engagement but also helped the department bring in several new firefighters, further strengthening their team.
