FrankFilms’ Executive Producer Attends Video Premiere at WakeUp! Midland
FrankFilms joined the Midland Business Alliance at WakeUp! Midland to premiere a new community-focused video series promoting Midland’s talent and culture.
Midland, MI – FrankFilms’ Founder and Executive Producer, Joshua Frank, proudly attended the official premiere of the Midland Business Alliance’s new community-focused video series during the WakeUp! Midland event on May 8, 2026.
The premiere marked the public debut of the first video in the Midland Business Alliance’s reimagined TalentX initiative, a campaign designed to highlight what makes Midland a unique place to live, work, and grow. FrankFilms served as the lead creative partner on the project, helping bring the vision to life through cinematic storytelling and authentic visuals captured entirely throughout the Midland community.
Founder and CEO Joshua Frank attended the premiere event alongside community leaders, business professionals, and project stakeholders.

Filmed over the course of more than two years, the project intentionally avoided stock footage in favor of capturing genuine moments across Midland’s businesses, public spaces, events, and neighborhoods. The resulting video serves as a recruitment and community storytelling tool for local employers and organizations looking to attract new talent to the region.
The first installment of the series focuses on Midland’s strong career opportunities, vibrant arts and recreation scene, and welcoming community culture. Additional videos focused on education and experiences outside of work are expected to premiere in the coming months.
The WakeUp! Midland premiere provided attendees with an early look at the initiative and reinforced the importance of collaborative storytelling in supporting regional growth and talent attraction. You can watch the video below.
